The Dihse-Hypko Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to youth welfare and animal protection. With this mission, the foundation supports social and charitable institutions as well as non-profit associations in their activities both domestically and internationally. The Dihse-Hypko Foundation was established in 2021 by owner Katharina Dihse-Hypko to continue the company’s socio-political and social commitment and to ensure its long-term continuity.
As a long-established, locally rooted family business, we feel a strong responsibility toward society and the environment. We act with social, economic, and ecological responsibility, promoting the careful use of available resources. To underscore this commitment, we are certified under the ISO 14001 environmental management system, which we continuously maintain and improve.
We believe that people are more motivated, productive, and satisfied when they can contribute authentically with their personality and identity. That is why we actively promote equal opportunities and a culture of appreciation and respect. We also emphasize balanced representation of women and men among our employees, which is reflected at all levels of management.
We maintain long-standing relationships with our customers and suppliers because we know that stable business partnerships are the key to lasting economic and technical success.
