Automated production

Our modern machinery consists of all-electric and servo-hydraulic injection molding machines. We produce plastic parts with a molded part weight of less than 1g to 1,700g on machines with a clamping force of 35t to 550t. To enable fully automated production, some of the injection molding machines are equipped with a handling system.

Clean room

Our products meet the highest demands in terms of quality and cleanliness, which are particularly required in the aviation, medical technology, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Assembly and finishing

The finishing of products through painting, printing and final assembly are further important areas of expertise in our company.

We are happy to take on the further processing of your plastic injection molded parts, e.g. the professional commissioning and assembly of components from our own production or purchased parts. Instead of separate individual parts, we supply complete solutions from a single source.
