Machinery and automated production
Our modern machinery consists of all-electric and servo-hydraulic injection molding machines. We produce plastic parts with a molded part weight of less than 1g to 1.700g on machines with a clamping force of 35t to 550t. To enable fully automatic production, some of the injection molding machines are equipped with a handling system.
A certified class 7 clean room is available for production, especially for industries that rely on high-purity products – from aviation to medical technology. Contamination-sensitive injection molded articles are produced here in a particle-free environment.
